Services
Same day sick visits, school/work notes, basic lab work, prescription refills (non-controlled) and basic primary needs. This service is a flat fee for service regardless of insurance status and is not designed to replace your regular PCP/physicals.
We are unable to provide physicals for clearances (sports/DOT/employment) due to limitations of online assessments. NOT LIMITED TO COLLEGE STUDENTS, ANYONE MAY SCHEDULE!
About College NP
My name is Jessica Hayes, DNP, APRN. I am both a nurse practitioner and a college mom.
The College NP was inspired by my involvement on my own daughters' college parent page. Regularly, there were parents looking for healthcare for their students when clinics were closed, too busy or transportation from the dorms was unavailable. This site was established to provide care with flexible times and easy accessibility and online scheduling.
Flexible, online telehealth appointments available for basic primary care needs such as lab work, non-controlled medication refills, work/school notes and same day sick visits.
We do not accept insurance however, will provide a receipt for submission to insurance reimbursement (if applicable to your plan).
About me
I completed my Bachelors and Masters of Nursing at the University of Central Florida and my Nurse Practitioner training and Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Florida.
